Electromechanical Assembly & Test Technician

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembly & Test Technician Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) Type: Contract – 12 Months Pay Rate: $32/hr ATR International is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly & Test Technician on behalf of our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, for a 12-month contract opportunity in Irvine, CA. Overall Purpose Assist in manufacturing-related assembly and test activities for electromechanical/fluidic medical devices. Duties & Responsibilities • Assemble electromechanical/fluidic medical devices • Perform acceptance testing per work instructions • Work closely with Engineers to support production and troubleshooting • Adhere to assembly and test procedures within a highly regulated environment • Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and on time • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • 5+ years of related assembly/manufacturing experience • Medical device assembly experience required Required Skills • Electro-mechanical assembly experience • Comfortable working with hand tools and following assembly procedures • Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings • Strong communication skills • Familiarity with production controls • Proficient in basic computer skills Preferred Skills • Familiarity with electronics test tools (multimeters, pressure gauges, etc.) Physical Demands • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
