E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate

Wool & Company is one of the leading online yarn retailers in the United States, shipping thousands of customer orders from our Elgin, Illinois fulfillment center. We are looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented people to join our Order Fulfillment Team. This isn’t your typical heavy industrial warehouse. Our team works in a clean, organized environment handling lightweight products, including premium yarn, knitting supplies, and customer orders. What You’ll Do • Pick products for customer orders throughout our fulfillment center • Accurately match products, colors, and quantities to customer orders • Pack and prepare orders for shipment • Replenish products and maintain organized inventory locations • Help receive and put away incoming merchandise • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Work as part of a team to meet daily order and shipping goals What We’re Looking For • Dependable and punctual • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable walking and standing throughout the workday • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and willingness to help the team • Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, picking, packing, or shipping experience is helpful but not require. We will train the right person.
