Education Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, vocational education, or coursework in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and repair documentation.
• Basic computer skills required for reviewing work instructions and recording production information.
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, disassembly, aerospace, aviation maintenance, mechanical repair, or production environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use hand tools, assembly tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Experience interpreting technical documents, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Knowledge of FAA-regulated work environments is a plus.
Physical Capabilities
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Must be able to safely wear a respirator while performing assigned duties.
• Ability to handle aircraft components, tools, and equipment in a production environment.
• Capable of working overtime as needed to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Job Duties
• Disassemble and clean aircraft actuator assemblies and subassemblies for inspection and repair processes.
• Read and follow work orders, travelers, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
• Utilize hand tools, test equipment, and measuring instruments to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure accurate, timely completion of work orders and production requirements.
• Report errors, discrepancies, or quality concerns to department leads.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following company and FAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members in an assembly-line environment to achieve production goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
