Job Requirements The pay for this position is starting at $15.00/hour +Tips +Bonus A Five Guys Crew Member provides friendly customer service while preparing fresh burgers, fries, and other menu items according to company standards. Crew members work in a fast-paced team environment to ensure customers receive quality food, accurate orders, and a clean dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders accurately using the register. Prepare burgers, fries, and other menu items following Five Guys standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with teammates to provide fast, friendly service. Work Environment Busy restaurant setting with frequent standing and movement. Exposure to kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
