Construction Project Manager

🚨 We’re growing and looking for our next Project Manager! We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Hilo, Hawaii. What You’ll Do • Take ownership of construction projects from preconstruction through completion • Manage project budgets, schedules, costs, and overall profitability • Coordinate closely with the GC, subcontractors, vendors, and clients • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work • Manage procurement, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Lead project and client meetings and maintain strong client relationships • Monitor project quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance • Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, warranties, and final documentation Qualifications • 3–5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial construction • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project costs • Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, blueprints, and building codes • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project documentation • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Hawaii What We Offer • $100K–$125K salary + bonus potential • Company-sponsored medical, dental & vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off & paid holidays • Opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish This position is based throughout the State of Hawaii and may require frequent travel to various project sites across the islands.
