Our Continuous Run Program builds on TMC's performance-based percentage pay system, where drivers earn a percentage of every load they haul based on efficiency, safety, and other metrics. Drivers who stay out longer earn an increased percentage on their loads: • +1% after staying out one weekend • +2% after staying out two weekends • +3% after three or more weekends on the road You keep that additional percentage until you go home ⎻ home time on your terms, extra pay when you want it.
