Compensation and Benefits: • Weekly Earnings: Earn $1,787+. • Miles Pay: $0.76 per mile; typically between 1,800 - 2,100 miles weekly. • Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop; averaging 4 - 8 stops per week. • Per Diem Pay: $50 per night for 4-5 nights weekly. • Sign-on Bonus: $3,000; receive $1,500 after 30 days and another $1,500 at 90 days. • Loyalty Bonus: $3,500; $1,750 at 6 months and another $1,750 at 1 year. • Route Type: Regional. • Training: Paid training provided. • Medical, Dental & Vision: Coverage available after 30 days. • PTO: Enjoy 80 hours of paid time off your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it). • Additional Perks: Uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowance provided. Working Schedule and Equipment: • Start Time: Between 7 AM and 7 PM. • Schedule: Operate 7 days a week with 2 consecutive days off. • Delivery: Solo deliveries across the 48 states. • Tractor Type: Sleeper. • Trailer Type: Reefer 53'. • Freight Type: No-touch, primarily chicken. Requirements: • Valid Class A CDL. • Minimum 9 months of driving experience within the last 3 years. • Must be at least 21 years old. • Pass a drug test as per Ryder's requirements. • Pass a background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years. • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
