Dedicated Company Driver Overview • Strong annual pay with consistent miles. Dedicated company drivers earn up to $99,000 per year, earning 58CPM on all miles and running a weekly average of 2,500-3,000 miles. Plus, earn a 2CPM monthly fuel and safety incentive.* • Home time you can count on. Get home at least weekly for a 34-hour reset, and many drivers close to Topeka get home most nights. • Freight that keeps you moving. Most loads are drop and hook and preloaded, with occasional live loads or unloads for a backhaul lane. • Bonus to get you started. Earn a $1,500 transition bonus paid within your first six months, plus $500 in orientation pay. • High earnings for peak seasons. This is a holiday-heavy position.
