Melton Pay Structure: • 0-11 months qualified driving experience: $0.60 per mile • 1-3 years qualified driving experience: $0.63 per mile • 3+ years qualified driving experience: $0.64 per mile • After 100k Melton Miles: $0.65 per mile • After 200K Melton Miles: $0.66 per mile • After 360k Melton Miles: $0.67 per mile • After 600k Melton Miles: $0.68 per mile • After 900k Melton Miles: $0.69 per mile • After 1.2M Melton Miles: $0.70 per mile Veterans with military driving experience may qualify for an additional 6 cents per mile in starting pay!
