We Are Currently Seeking: • Recent graduates with their CDL-A license • Regional driving routes • Weekend home time • Attractive $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation • Access to late-model equipment equipped with modern safety technology • Comprehensive benefits plus 401(k) matching and PTO Benefits Overview: • Competitive Pay: Earn between $0.51 and $0.79 per mile based on experience. • Weekly Earnings: Range from $977.20 to $1,978.55, determined by experience, routes, regular attendance, and tenure. • Additional compensation available through tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable. Orientation: • Get onboard with our paid orientation! We provide airfare and a single-occupancy room—meals included (breakfast and lunch). Dine out on your own for dinner. • Arrive on Monday, complete your orientation, and receive your truck by Saturday. It’s that simple! For a limited time, we are inviting recent graduates to apply and receive specialized training to kickstart their driving career with us, valid until August 31, 2026. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A) • No previous experience required for recent graduates—we train! • Safe driving record is essential • Aged 21 or older • Limited to 6 jobs in the last 3 years • Preference for drivers with at least 1 year of experience, but we welcome new grads! • Background check and clean drug test required • Drivers must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice.
