CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver – OTR H&M Trucking is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Responsibilities • Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations • Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections • Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers • Follow all company safety policies and procedures Pay & Bonuses • Starting at $0.60 CPM • $0.05 CPM for Hazmat loaded miles • Up to $0.04 CPM monthly bonus • Weekly pay • Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay • Annual raises (½ cent per year) • Anniversary Pay: • 1–3 years: $850 • 4–5 years: $1,700 • 6+ years: $2,550 • $225 for major holidays (if out) Home Time (Varies by Area) • 2 weeks out → 2 days home • 3 weeks out → 3–4 days home • 4 weeks out → 5 days home • 5 weeks out → 6+ days home Equipment & Comfort • 3 years old or newer trucks • Fully automatic Volvos & Freightliners • Fridge, APU, TV mount, 1800W inverter • Paid XM Radio • New mattress + CB space • PrePass Elite • Samsara tablet with unlimited streaming Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision • Term Life Insurance • 401(k) with 5% employee contribution + 4% company match • FSA & HSA (with rollover) Rider & Pet Policy • Pets allowed: $500 deposit ($50/week for 10 weeks) • Passenger policy: $19/month (10+ years old) Paid Orientation • $300 orientation pay • Private hotel room • Lunch provided Requirements • Valid CDL-A license • Minimum 24 months verifiable OTR driving experience required • Clean driving record • Commitment to safety and professionalism Qualified CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply today.
