Duties • Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer while maintaining compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe equipment operation. • Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation. • Follow established dispatch instructions and operational procedures. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and safety personnel. • Deliver freight safely and efficiently while meeting customer service expectations. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. • Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly. • Maintain professionalism while representing the company. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
