Company - MW Smithfield This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. Company Drivers enjoy the following: • Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay • Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay.
