We Require Our Customers to Offer: • Safe and clean work environment • Employee focused workplace • Safety programs and training Minimum Requirements • Valid driver’s license (Tennessee F endorsement preferred, if applicable) • Experience operating a 26,000 lb box truck or similar commercial vehicle • Ability to properly perform a pre-trip inspection • Ability to successfully pass our company road test • Ability to safely back and maneuver commercial vehicles • Good safety record and safe driving practices Highly Preferred Qualifications • Class B CDL or higher • Experience operating Class A combination vehicles • Experience backing trailers and combination vehicles • Tractor/trailer yard or hostler experience • Experience with air brake systems • Knowledge of DOT vehicle inspections and commercial vehicle safety procedures All candidates will be required to complete a company road test and demonstrate safe operation before being approved to operate independently.
