Beverage Production Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Beverage Machine Operator to support daily production and packaging operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure products are processed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous production or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing is preferred. Key Responsibilities • Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging machinery. • Operate equipment efficiently to meet daily production goals. • Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards. • Track production workflow from processing through packaging. • Perform minor machine adjustments, program changes, and troubleshooting. • Inspect equipment and report mechanical or operational issues to supervisors. • Follow established production procedures and quality control requirements. • Maintain a clean and organized production area. • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety procedures. • Properly use required PPE and maintain a safe work environment. • Accurately complete production and equipment documentation. • Work with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production flow. • Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. • Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications • 2–3 years of machine operating or production experience preferred. • Experience in food, beverage, manufacturing, packaging, or industrial production is a plus. • Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment adjustment skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment. • Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to follow GMP, safety, and quality standards. Schedule • Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Schedule: Monday–Saturday • Full-time, production-based position • Schedule may vary based on production needs. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on machine operator who understands production environments and can keep equipment running efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates with experience operating industrial production or packaging machinery will be strongly considered. Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
