A Day in the Life:
As a Baker, each day brings a variety of tasks focused on preparing fresh,
high‑quality baked goods for customers. You’ll prepare breads, pastries, cakes,
and desserts using established recipes and production methods while ensuring
consistency and quality. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, as
well as decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
Throughout the day, you’ll organize and maintain a clean, safe work area, rotate
and label ingredients, and ensure products are displayed in full, well‑stocked,
and visually appealing cases. You’ll partner closely with bakery team members to
plan daily production needs and keep operations running smoothly.
Customer interaction is also part of the role—you’ll assist customers with
product questions, take special orders, and help create a positive experience
through friendly and efficient service. This role operates in a fast‑paced
environment where consistency, organization, and attention to detail help ensure
product quality and customer satisfaction.

* Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing
production needs
