The role An apprenticeship into plant leadership. Work alongside our operations lead to learn scheduling, line leadership, food safety and continuous improvement, then run a production shift on your own within 12 months. What you'll do • Build and run the daily production schedule • Lead line crews through start-up, changeovers and clean-down • Track output, waste and downtime, and fix the root causes • Keep lot, food-safety and organic records complete What you bring • 2 years leading people in a plant, kitchen, warehouse or the military • Comfortable with numbers and tracking data Why join • Written path from Apprentice to Production Manager • Paid certifications • Raise at 12 months • Weekday day shift Our Core Values We First — Check your ego; this is a team sport.
