Job Order: Assembly Line Worker Location: Shreveport, Louisiana Position: Assembly Line Worker Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (with opportunities for increases based on skill development and upskilling) Shift Availability (Primary & Flexible Options): Primary Shift (1st Shift): Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift (Flexible): Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM 3rd Shift (Flexible): Friday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Candidates should be available for the primary shift but flexible to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed. Job Summary: The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling products on a production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications Operate basic hand tools and production equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety and operational procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with good attendance Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Compensation & Growth: Starting pay at $16/hour Pay increases based on skill development and cross-training (upskilling opportunities available) Potential for advancement within the company Additional Notes: Must be able to work assigned shifts and demonstrate flexibility when needed Overtime may be required based on production demands •
