Adecco is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in Roscoe, IL. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment. Job Details: Shift: MondayThursday | 6:00 AM 4:00 PM Overtime: Required overtime on Fridays (expect up to 50-hour work weeks at this time) Pay: $17.00/hr to start $17.50/hr after 30 days with strong performance Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential Job Summary: The Assembler works as part of a team responsible for assembling components and finished products. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail while following production processes and quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Rotate through tasks within the production process Assemble entire products or components as part of a team Follow work instructions and determine proper procedures Assist in the production of wiring assemblies Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (if trained/assigned) Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness Support general production and warehouse duties as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Repetitive use of hands and wrists Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Dress Code / Work Environment: Steel-toe shoes required Long pants and long sleeves required Facility is not climate controlled, temperatures may vary seasonally Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 02 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team player with good communication skills Basic understanding of production and quality control processes preferred If you are reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
