Role: Mechanical and electrical assembler performing bench processes to assemble, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Responsibilities: Read blueprints and technical orders to determine assembly methods, verify dimensions with precision instruments, align and fit parts into units, examine parts for defects, and ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain a clean work environment, follow safety regulations, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work at different stations as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months assembly experience, familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly and reading diagrams, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize work, communicate effectively, and work independently. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), professional behavior, and ability to work on-site with occasional overtime. Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
