Overtime: Available based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays
What You'll Do
• Assemble fan units and components using blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to complete quality assemblies
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Learn the full assembly process from start to finish
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and make adjustments as needed
• Operate equipment such as power tools, measuring devices, forklifts, cranes, and lifts after training
• Work safely while meeting daily production goals
• Follow company safety, quality, and attendance standards
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime
• Team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
• Assembly or manufacturing experience
• Warehouse or production experience
• Experience using hand tools and measuring tools
• Exposure to electrical components or wiring

Work Environment
This position is located in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility producing fan assemblies for data center equipment. Work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting materials, using various tools and equipment, and occasionally working on ladders or elevated platforms. Steel-toe footwear is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.50/hr.
