Description Description Job Type: Full-time Location: 2000 Maritime Street, Suite 100 Oakland California 94607 Pay Rate: Day Shift: $22.00 per hour Shift / Schedule: Monday - Friday some Saturdays, 4am - until finished (OT is mandatory) A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Material handler for a large, busy tire warehouse in Oakland. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will: • using a cherry picker or fork lift to move pallets of tires. • * Load and unload tires manually • Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame • Order picking / order selecting • Attendance and punctuality are VITAL • Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures • Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds • Work on feet for extended periods of time Requirements Requirements • Must have experience using a Cherry Picker or Forklift. • Must pass background check (Criminal Wide Screen National - 7yr, Misdemeanor Wide Screen National - 5 yr) • Must pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included in drug screen) • Must pass E-verify • Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift • Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift • Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes • Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary) • Must be bilingual • Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
