Every day is hands-on, and you'll see the impact of your work from start to finish. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Disassemble returned equipment and inspect components for reuse • Clean, repair, and reassemble commercial dishwashing machines • Test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs • Learn to use hand tools and mechanical repair techniques • Occasionally assist our field team with equipment installations and service support Who We're Looking For You don't need previous appliance repair experience—we're looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. • Have a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years) • Enjoy working with your hands and learning mechanical skills • Are comfortable using or willing to learn basic hand tools • Like solving problems and figuring out how things work • Are dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work • Can work independently and as part of a team • Are open to participating in an occasional on-call rotation About Auto-Chlor Auto-Chlor is a national leader in manufacturing, installing, and servicing energy-efficient commercial dishwashing systems.
