Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established Spine team in Lexington, Kentucky. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside fellowship-trained physicians in a collaborative, physician-led environment with access to advanced spine and pain management resources.

Position Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative spine patient management as appropriate
• Coordinate conservative treatment plans, including medications, physical therapy, and referrals
• Participate in fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided procedural clinics
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery expectations
• Document encounters utilizing the electronic medical record
