Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) – Spine Lexington, Kentucky Join a Premier Physician-Owned Orthopedic Practice Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established Spine team in Lexington, Kentucky. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside fellowship-trained physicians in a collaborative, physician-led environment with access to advanced spine and pain management resources. Position Highlights • Competitive compensation with performance bonus opportunity • Established referral base with immediate patient volume • Collaborative physician-led practice • Dedicated Spine Center with: • Two fluoroscopy-guided injection suites • Two C-Arms • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) capabilities • In-office 1.5T MRI • Digital X-Ray • No weekend clinic responsibilities • CME allowance and paid CME time • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) with employer contribution • Malpractice coverage • Paid time off and paid holidays Position Responsibilities • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal conditions • Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies • Assist with pre-operative and post-operative spine patient management as appropriate • Coordinate conservative treatment plans, including medications, physical therapy, and referrals • Participate in fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided procedural clinics • Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery expectations • Document encounters utilizing the electronic medical record About Bluegrass Orthopaedics For more than 30 years, Bluegrass Orthopaedics has been a trusted provider of comprehensive musculoskeletal care throughout Central Kentucky.
