Role and Responsibilities As a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule. Key responsibilities include: • Receiving and Processing: Unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials. • Picking and Packing: Use handheld scanners to pick customer orders and securely pack items for delivery. • Shipping: Label, stage, and prepare packages for on-time shipment. • Workplace Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (with certification) and perform safety checks. • Team Collaboration: Partner with associates and supervisors to achieve daily performance goals. • Safety and Compliance: Follow all Amazon safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards.
