AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC, Position Description Number D1438000 and is part of the 174TH ATKW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. As a AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC (WG-6652-10), you will provide on- and/or off-equipment troubleshooting and repair capability of weapons release and gun systems; verifies and analyzes malfunctions; troubleshoots, tests, inspects and loads/ unloads conventional munitions; installs/removes weapons delivery equipment, launchers and gun systems. Secondary duties required involve weapons expediting on the flight line.
