What You'll Do
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of bath and shower systems while ensuring quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently and professionally
Perform demolition, carpentry, trim carpentry, and installation work
Follow established installation procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners
Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their new bath system
Take project photos and complete required paperwork accurately
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
Ensure every installation meets company and customer expectations
Qualifications
3-5 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience
Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, levels, and other basic tools
Experience using power tools, including drills, saws, and jigsaws
Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
