1st shift Shipment Associate

Pay: From $19.00 per hour Job description: PROMAN Staffing is Hiring: Shipping Associate PROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating material handling equipment while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: • Perform daily cycle counts using RF scanners and SAP • Verify materials pulled for customer orders • Process deliveries using scanners and computer systems • Label, box, and package products according to customer requirements • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments • Process UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments • Create deliveries and process transfer orders • Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and SAP • Access and monitor reports related to shipping and inventory • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, forklifts, and order pickers • Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • 1-2 years of material handling and inventory control experience • Forklift Certification required • Strong SAP experience and knowledge of inventory transactions • Experience with shipping and receiving processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a moderate-noise warehouse environment Interested?
